You’ll find me here this Saturday (tomorrow).
That is, if you’re going to be there, too. I mean,
obviously. I expect to be sitting in a grassy patch
of Burnside Park, selling tiny comics and portable
classics. They don’t cost much and they make
you look smart!

The latest from Brian Evenson is Baby Leg.
It might be just as gruesome and detached
as it sounds. That’s for you to decide. Each
copy comes with a “blood”-smeared cover
and is signed by the author. You can buy
it here or at New York Tyrant Books,
who just published Firework — the new
novel from Eugen Marten, also now on
hand at Ada Books (while supplies last).

The wife and I will be driving to Portland
so we can watch a baseball game, despite
the fact that we have an awesome baseball
team within biking distance from our home.
So what? So Ada Books will shut shop on
Monday, Memorial Day, that’s what. I
promise you that I’ll be praying for our
fallen soldiers the entire time I’m gone.
