The poems of Jibade-Khalil Huffman & Laura Jaramillo will be sung outloud by the authors themselves here at Ada Books on Saturday, May 10th, at 6pm. You can shake hands with the poets, maybe even hug them (after a decent interval of small talk) and pinch them (kindly, discreetly) to ensure that they’re real. We’ll have on offer our usual selection of cheap wines and cheap snacks which will be yours for the taking. There’ll be books for you to paw and purchase, including Mr. Huffman’s latest, 19 Names for Our Band, put out by Fence Books and pictured above. See you there, hmmm?
