Ada Books is closed on Independance Day.
Ada Books will celebrate our nation’s glorious birthday by sleeping in, drinking beer before noon, eating hormone-enriched meats and sending smoke signals to our enemies. In otherwords: Loafing! Just like Mr. Almadinejad suggests. (P.S. Whoever drew this cartoon didn’t really get the likeness right. If you ask me, he looks more like Manuel Noriega.) So forgot about books for one day (if you can). Go out and blow something up. Ada Books will be open and hungover on Sunday, from noon till four, so please drop in (but read quietly.)
